| New Date For 2020 WAEC Examination: All Senior Secondary School Students In Nigeria Should Note This |
In the current situation of the Nigerians over this novel pandemic of covid-19, it should be pointed out that things are not natural.
Earlier this year, before the outbreak of covid 19, all operations are in their ordinary place, impacting everyone but the richest people in Nigeria.
It is right that since then, the five countries that wrote the WAEC study have also been hit by this novel virus, all applicants both internally and externally have asked for a new date for the WAEC 2020 test.
It is well known that everyone in Nigeria are looking forward to President Muhammadu Buhari announcing the new date for the 2020 WAEC assessment on the basis of Nnolim Nnaji 's call to rethink before canceling his 2020 WAEC test.
At the beginning of the lockdown, it should not be forgotten that his Excellence President Muhammadu Buhari announced that state governments have the right to allow lockdowns on other activities in its territories, in this respect, six SW territories disclosed at their last meeting their readiness to test the WAEC with a new 2020 WAEC exam scheduled for the 24th time.
It was also revealed that so many South West education Commissioners and governors have committed to the new date for the 2020 WAEC review, as it has already been confirmed that on 3 August students will resume their schools indicating that the new date for the 2020 WAEC review will be 24 August 2020.

Finally, they said that the state of Oyo, Ondo, Lagos, Osun and Ekiti will approach WAEC to request that the 2020 review of the WEAC be postponed to 24th August 2020.
With regard to the new date for the 2020 WAEC exam, all Nigerian high school students should bear this in mind:
1. The federal government has never approved the new 2020 WAEC review as it was only suggested by South-West Governors.
2. Every high school student in Nigeria will remember that this year they will write their WAEC 2020 test.
3. All high school students in Nigeria will remember that the Federal government has not agreed to a new date for the 2020 WAEC review together with the Ministry of Education.
Furthermore, if the Federal Government accepts the new date for the WAEC 2020 review on 24 August 2020, WAEC candidates from all 2020 will deviate from hand shaking.
Yes 2020 WAEC candidates will get away from the shaking of hands as it is one way to pass covid-19.
All high school students in Nigeria who are ready for the 2020 WAEC examination should be conscious that social distancing, wearing face masks and hand washing regularly is compulsory.
