JAMB 2021: Everything You Need To Do If You Missed Your Registration

Due to BVN registration issue, Thousands of prospective UTME candidate were unable to complete their registration for the forthcoming UTME which will commence later this month.

Having known this, The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), had decided to extend the registration for another two weeks for only affected candidates, but unfortunately, a lot of candidate are not aware of how to go about the registration process despite having just a week left.

However, This article is set to explain the procedures that needed to be followed in doing the late registration.

First and foremost, all affected candidates should get a bank draft on behalf of JAMB. This draft goes for just #4000 but extra fee of at least #500 will be incurred as bank charge. In addition, after getting the draft, the candidate should proceed to the nearest JAMB office with the draft, two passport photograph and NIN for registration. On getting to the JAMB office, a form will be issued to the candidate to complete the registration process.

After filling out the form, Candidate would need to make the photocopy, hold the photocopy to himself and submit the original copy to the JAMB office. Meanwhile, all candidates without NIN would follow similar procedure but must fill a particular section of the form to indicate they do not have NIN.

Conclusively, the UTME examination for these candidates will be scheduled separately after the normal UTME examination have been concluded.
